Helping hands makes the world go round!  if you'd like to volunteer at an OHFAR event, simply fill out the below form.  For those in need of service hours, OhFar is supported by BaseCamp31, a not for profit organization registered with the IRS as a 501(c)3 which allows us to provide service hours for those individuals in need. If you have a specific form that is required for your organization, please bring it with you on the day of the event for a signature/verification.  If you need a letter written on BaseCamp31 letterhead, please indicate in the comments field on this form and allow 2 weeks.  All volunteers must bring a completed Volunteer Waiver with them to the event.
